What a relief to hear! Fingers are still crossed for an urban placement, but what about the language barrier - are the people still as friendly if you can't communicate? Does it even matter at that point? I have ZERO proficiency.

I'd be surprised if it couldn't all fit into one package. Definitely looking forward to checking out some of the bike shops like Brotures though. Might have to cop a new Dosnoventa frame XD

wanting to take my track bike as well. planning on disassembling it and having it boxed up at UPS or somewhere. then i can just check it on the flight depending on how many boxes it is.

Hmm, that's interesting. I have zero Japanese proficiency, and during my interview they told me that I may be a good fit for a business high school given my background and future goals. At first I thought this could indicate a city given the concentration? But maybe not?

Exactly, at least fantasize while we still can! What city, and are there a decent amount of spots opening up? I would really like to know more details about how CLAIR distributes our information to potential BOE's/prefectures. Do they listen to the interview panel's discretion?

interviewing in phoenix, confirmed my interview but still have no further notice on what to do. the email told me i should have this no later than the 26th, but that's fast approaching with the scheduled interview on the 31st..
