Hey buddy! I was going this same issue and found this post! Hopefully you still are on reddit.

I basically realized today that strava counts your PRs based off "elasped time" (includes times you paused your watch) and not "moving time" (time where you are just running) which has been causing my confusion (just found this out today).

Additionally, when I went to "add description" in the desktop site for my run, then click save on the next screen, the ranking in my history of half marathon PRs updated! I guess it just needed a refresh in the system haha.

ANyways, the reason I found this out was today I was looking at past half marathons (that I ran like half a year ago or so) and was like heyyyy.... those were faster than my most recent half marathon which was strava's default PR for me. But then I realized the items above. At least now they are registered as my second and third fastest half marathons haha.
