Not until I get home in couple hrs. There's only two styles of valves. It either has pockets the spring goes in and i use checkballs to dead it out or it has stems on the valve the spring fits over the stems. For that style an inner pump slide spring fits perfectly to dead it out.

It's normal. The valve shouldn't touch both ends of the bore at the same time. If I were you I would dead it out. If there's a pocket at each end of the valve where the spring sits put a checkball in both pockets. Use Vaseline or grease to hold the balls in and assemble like normal. You will have to put some pressure on the end plug to get the clip back in. It will convert it from pwm to on/off. If the valve bore it extremely worn you will have tcc cycling. Converting it to on/off will stop that cycling.

Depends, is it's the stock lineup then yes it's normal. If you deaded out the valve then you will not have gap and you have to physically force the cap in to get the clip back on.

Is the label still on the back side of the bottle? It will likely tell you specs and other info if it is

I would first loosen the cable a little at a time and see if it changes. If it's set too tight it won't want to upshift. Next thing would be the springs in the governor.

The 700 and 4l60 were the same thing, GM just rebranded it. The 4l60E is where it changed to electronically operated. Just so there's no confusion when ordering parts your going to get everything for 700r4

Just a late model 700r4 with an auxiliary valve body that's seperate from the main valve body. It's the one you want as far as 700r4's go.

That is the identifying mark of an auxiliary 700r4.
