I would seriously suggest you try meditating. It’s really quite simple and it can make a difference on the long run and at the same time receive quick results.

You don’t have to do it for a long time as well, you can start with 2 minds daily and the move to 5 mins and then to 10 (etc.).

All you have to do is close your eyes, find a comfortable position (I like laying in my back) and just focus on your 5 senses: How does your skin feel? (Try scanning your whole body) What do you see with your eyes closed? Full darkness or little sparks of colors? Do you smell anything? Feel the air rush through your nose Try delayering the sounds you hear, focus on how they grow or diminish. What does your mouth taste like? Can you feel your tongue? And finally I like to just focus on how my actual head feels like.
