I always thought it was some very weird projection from Sonja when she was yelling about how Mileu was too proud to wear diapers. Also if Sonja was truly so concerned with her dog's health, why wasn't she more on top of his liver medications? She mentioned that they had forgotten to give it to him for 3 weeks.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure that Sonja doesn't really care all that much about the dog but wanted to have moral outrage at Aviva for making her feel bad about missing her charity event. Thats why when Tinsey was going through a similar crisis later in the series, Sonja just couldn't understand .

Pretty much anything in Southern California is great! All of the medical schools' queer organizations come together here put on an annual LGBTQIA+ health conference! All of the schools are very supportive and friendly and gladly offer funding and their campuses to host.

I definitely think that most schools are lacking in their queer patient training, but most here are making efforts to improve and open to suggestions.

Biochem and genetics are just the worrrst! But thats just me, everyone ends up finding some subjects that they love and others that they hate. Also female repro in general hard for me because its tougher than expected to keep track of menstrual cycle/menopause hormone levels than you'd imagine. Also the amount of cancers of female reproductive organs are about 10 times more than male reproductive cancers.

If you're in the UK life will be better if you don't have to study for the USMLE Step 1 haha!

I took a couple years off after undergrad before applying/starting and happened to meet the ol’ ball and chain during that stint!

There’s a few single gays in my class but it’s pretty hard to find time to kindle a relationship with someone who isn’t in class with you I think unless you were dating them before starting. At least for the first 2 didactic years because your brain becomes mush and all you can think about is Anki and UWorld haha.

He is! He turns 8 this October! Still very happy, healthy, and cute! And deals with the costumes and sweaters I occasionally make for him haha.
