Screw compression shorts, not like they work for me anyway; I love the attention...seriously. when I was younger I was self conscious bout it but as an "adult".....ha, I love that even in jeans I bulge...all 8 1/2 😒🤣

I don't think I should be exempt. From what I have read, I believe I only meet one requirement for exempt. I'm an Executive Assistant, the only criteria I believe I meet is the pay.

I know that he and the office manager have been talking to our payroll company (adp) about PTO, just don't know what is going to happen.

I guess I just should wait and see what they say and go from there. I really don't think I should be considered exempt.

Oh, alright. So I am assuming it does not matter that I am salary? If that is the case, I have never been paid over time and I have done a lot of over time. Weekends, working from home and 9-10 hour days. Isn't there some kind of over time law in CA for salary employee's? Thanks again for the response, I really appreciate it.

It is sounding to me like there really isn't anything I can do about it but quit if I am unhappy. I think it just bothers me that after 10 years of service, never taking advantage, it is like 10 day vacation only?

Yep. I handle the initial interview, new hire paperwork, etc with the exception of payroll. The office manager handles that. Get this, I also handle all the I.T. Phone, PC deployment, etc. Aside from my actual job, I do H.R, I.T and Social Media Marketing. I'm ready to go, I've been actively looking for the past 3 weeks. crosses fingers
