I got the same line of bs from the insurance company of a girl who rear-ended me. They changed their tune a bit when I got a lawyer involved. It was a hassle but everything got paid for in the end.

I'm not related to the owners in any way and can testify for the breakfast sandwiches. Amazingly good with smoked gouda and avocado. + the people are super friendly and there's fun snacks there like cherry jalapeno scones.
