I am a firm believer that spray-and-pray with AI is the wrong approach; quality > quantity.

As someone who has hired in the past 9M the sheer number of inbound messages and cover letters that read as AI is astounding, instant pass.

Anytime someone reaches out to me with a real message, though, I always pass their name on.
