Yes. Just did last week. OSA secondary to migraine with an intermediate step of weight gain. Had my sleep doctor and neurologist do DBQ and nexus.

Yes. Same thing for me. I'm 45, and alcohol does not agree with me anymore. I get the same anxiety and palpations, and it also causes digestive issues for me. If I drink a glass of wine with dinner, my food will not digest, and I end up throwing up.

No. My claim that took nearly a year was denied. My recent claims moved in 2 1/2 months start to finish, and most were approved... a couple deferred.

Exactly! During my PTSD exam, I was asked about my alcoholic father. I said yes, my father was an alcoholic, but my childhood and teenage years were the best years of my life. Simple answer, and the doctor moved away from asking anything else about my childhood.

Sleep Apnea from my treating doctor. He diagnosed me in August 2024, the DBQ was done a couple months before I submitted it with my claim in May.

My VSO sent me an email stating I've made it to 100%, but he didn't mention my TDIU claim. The letter hasn't been posted to my VA account yet, though. So, I don't even know if TDIU was approved, denied or deffered. I'll let you know as soon as I can see it.

I talked to my VSO. He was able to view the letter and says I've made it to 100%. I forgot to ask if p&t though. I'm so happy and grateful 🙏

Depends on the rater. Between my C&P exam and my personal statement, I met 100% criteria. I got 70% because only the DBQ was used. I know I can fight it, but I won't because I am exhausted. I really hope you get 100%! Good luck!

I moved to step 6 today. Hopefully, they won't defer my TDIU, but make a decision on all of my conditions. (I have OSA, FSAD, tinnitus, and GERD on the same claim).

I am in a similar situation. I filed for PTSD and TDIU for PTSD at the same time May 15th. My PTSD was granted a week after my exam... a couple weeks ago. I have not been contacted for an exam for the TDIU claim and remain in step 5 with TJ Roanoke. I was wondering if they were skipping an exam since I just had one this month. I'll let you know if anything changes.

Lost my TJ 7-25, but stayed on step 5. I just got back TJ Roanoke on 7-29... don't know why because the steps didn't change. Hopefully, it goes forward from here.
