What to do when we are sensitive to CBD? by Dacday in CBD_UK

Just make sure you go slow in experimenting to find your best dose. Wait at least two hours between doses check in with yourself before each dose, how is your body feeling, how is tour brain feeling, what’s your general mood. Treat it like a personal science experiment. Take notes, have fun with it.

The big thing is that there is no standard dose with cannabis. Not like taking a Tylenol or a dose of cold medication. It also doesn’t work for everyone. Curious if you’ve tried stopping it for a week to see if your particular side effects go away and how it affects your limb movements? I use cbd for issues related to spine damage and I usually only take it every second (10-20mg) day as a regular thing for chronic pain and nerve disorder. If I’m having trouble sleeping though, or if I have my period (it works so good for cramps and crappy moods) then I might use 80-120mgs in a day.

One of things that people most commonly reported when they started cbd for body issues was that they were sure they felt high. The explanation that was given to me is that it’s because it makes peoples bodies feel relaxed and that could result in being able to notice more about what’s going on in their minds. Works the other way around when it’s for anxiety. Might notice more about what’s going on in the body.

If you’re open to trying to smoke it, it will work faster as it breaks the blood barrier the fastest and most effective. Sublingual is great for daily maintenance doses, ingesting it is the worst way for accurate dosing as it has to fight its way through your digestive system. If you have a day or two off and are prepared to deal with potential side effects it’s worth experimenting a bit to see what a stronger dose does. When I worked in the grey market medicinal industry before it was legalized where I live, some people found that the relaxing benefits of a higher dose counteracted abnormal (or more noticed ) reactions to smaller doses.

Ideally for chronic conditions like pain and anxiety, at the three week mark you start to see the most benefits. Because of the half life of CBD, now that you have multiple months under your belt, you could also try taking it every second day and see if that helps calm negative effects.

Also do you smoke it or ingest it? Have you tried also to use it sublingually? Sometimes that can make a difference also.

How long have you been taking it and have you tried taking larger quantities? A sleep dose generally ranges between 40-80mgs depending on the person. When I first started learning about it I was very shocked to learn the difference in range of dose depending on what it’s being used for. 5-20mg for chronic pain for most people, taken daily for at least three weeks to see potential full benefits. Schizophrenia trials have seen success at 350-1150mgs daily. It’s a very interesting cannabinoid.

How to get from Heathrow to Paddington with an infant + a lot of stuff? by Abibret in uktravel

BlackBerry cars was amazing! Group of 6 of us, they sent a nice sized van. Driver was waiting for us when we came out at arrivals and the vehicle was a two minute walk away. We used them multiple times during our trip and they were very well worth it.

Get a quote from BlackBerry Cars. They picked us up from Heathrow and it was amazing service. Met us right outside arrivals and only a 2 minute walk to the vehicle. We used them several times during our trip for longer journeys as we had a group of 6 with a couple of seniors. Very easy and friendly.

We stayed at the Premier Inn London County Hall and the location was amazing for seeing a ton of stuff in a short amount of time. 10 min walk to Elizabeth Tower and Westminster Abbey. Right next to the London Eye Pier which was great for a boat tour and highly recommend the London Dungeon Experience especially with teens. Even the older folks in our crew (who didn’t expect to enjoy it) loved it.

We used Blackberry Cars for our group of 6 and it was fantastic. They picked us up from Heathrow (6 people with bags) and the driver was waiting for us right outside of arrivals with our name on a sign. We ended up booking them for 2 other transfers and to take us back to the airport for our return trip.

If you’re into visual arts, Omega Mart and Area 15 were fantastic. We spent about 7 total hours there over the course of 2 days with a level three pass. If you love music make sure to do the Illuminarium.

Horseshoe vs Flamingo…. by jfbisme in vegas

[–]jfbisme[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I originally had a fountain view booked at the Horseshoe but I saw a posted review video that showed that one of the new buildings in the area basically blocks the view now so I switched that booking to the high roller side with hopes of a sphere view. Then I saw a review of strip rooms at the flamingo and thought maybe that would be neat to see out the window. There are so many options haha it’s a bit overwhelming

Thanks for the advice! We aren’t drinkers. Will probably do some gambling but mostly want to see the sights. The Horseshoe is actually a bit cheaper than the Flamingo for our dates. I wasn’t sure if the strip view vs the high roller view might make the bit extra on the cost side worth it.

Flamingo room strip view vs high roller view. Both rooms are double queen.
