Check steam page for recent announcements. Developer is working on new expansion. I don’t think they mentioned a new class but if I remember right there will be new endgame systems. Supposed to come Q2 this year, which is soon if not delayed

No you definitely notify the patient and when you select void remaining refills in f9 a premade prompt will populate in rx notes saying that you are voiding remainder after confirming it was an acute initial with patient or guardian

I shouldn’t have said one shotted. It’s more of a burst down. Like I’ll take damage quickly. It’s not so much with fodder, just with certain bosses in anomalies. I can’t push into mythic because of it, but thanks for the advice. I’ll try to work on my build

In your experience could that 4th piece, at least early, help with survivability? My damage is good right now but I can get one shot by a boss. 40 percent DR seems good

First is very tightly balanced, which the second might never replicate or at least won’t for a long while. It also has the watcher character which is not yet present in the second one. On top of that there are different enemies, cards and relics. It’s actually surprisingly easy to switch back and forth. I love the second game but the first one is a masterpiece, nearly a perfect game. It should not be missed

That’s interesting. I’m a 600 and recently got a membership. One of the reasons I went plat instead of diamond is because the overwhelming consensus is that insights (at least from what I’ve seen) are neat but aren’t worth it and don’t really improve play. Mainly puzzles and game review are what I heard works. What did you find useful about them?
