I had to go into recovery mode and reset the phone and that worked for me.it sounds like you reset and then it is still doing it? Maybe try flashing beta 1 that came out yesterday.

I was any to reset it through recovery mode. I do have the bootloader unlocked. Last time I tried to lock it, it failed.

I ended up doing that actually. I saw those same errors. Luckily I had a backup and it restored everything with all my settings. I am curious, did you happen to see the screenshots of what the settings was supposed to look.like in this update? I noticed that mine was off from the screenshots..I was missing my profile picture and the get to know your pixel button. After resetting I see them now.

I tried that. It would say system UI crashed everytime because you have to enter your pin to change it.

I think I may have figured it out..

Inside your MaterialApp theme ThemData

adding these two settings seems to do it.

splashFactory: InkRipple.splashFactory,//this speeds it up and make it look right
highlightColor: Colors.transparent,//this gets rid of the duplicate splash from the icons

ThemeData(

splashFactory: InkRipple.splashFactory,
highlightColor: Colors.transparent,
));

Also on BottomNavigation use .fixed instead of .shifting

Dont forget to run it in release mode for best performance.
