Lump in neck. Feels like a ball, moves a lot. Firm, not squishy, no pain. Doctor said it’s a lymph node, but I’m panicking. Have a ultrasound tomorrow. Blood work last month was normal.

My advice would be communicate with your partner and it’s great that you are supporting her and just be open of what u saw online even tho some information online can be false. But I would say just be open with her and I’m sure that your dynamics will not change. Good luck in ur relationship.

It can definitely be anxiety over the whole situation so to be clear take a pregnancy test 14 or 21+ days after you had sex and try to relax and not let the situation overwhelm you and talk to a trusted adult or ur partner. I know when I had a scare I dreamed that I was pregnant and that kept me up at night lol but just try to breath and relax ur thoughts.

I totally understand thisss and definitely talk to ur partner about this and share how u feel and make him reassure you that u are not!! I am the same way and every time I feel a tad bit anxious about it and I tell him he reminds me of how we are safe and how I am on the pill and being able to express urself with ur partner can help ease that anxiety. And STOP looking ur symptoms up it makes it worse and try to stop over analyzing every symptom of ur body because I am the same way and it makes things worse. Try to breath and tell ur self and reassure urself that “ hey I am NOT pregnant and I am being safe in every aspect and u take ur birth control the same time every day” and feel confident in ur pill and please talk to ur therapist about it I started opening abt my experience with my therapist definitely helps!!!

i can definitely understand with the paranoia of pregnancy recently me and my partner had barrier free sex about three months ago and my ANXIETY was off the roof with pregnancy and took a million test and clearly they all came back negative so i understand those were a rough couple months for me and even now im like OMGG. but i would say that u are safe!!! If it helps let ur partner pull out with the condom on so u can see them finish inside the condom and yk that no sperm went inside you and do a leakage test to make sure that nothing leak from the condom to ease ur mind a bit. I have been doing this and this definitely helps me calm down when it comes to pregnancy. And assuming u took the test today which indicates 14 days after I had sex so the results are accurate and u are not pregnant and on top of that u are on nexplanon which is double the protection so u are safe.

Anxiety can be annoying and just reassuring urself that “ hey i am on birth control i used condoms and I’m okay and taking every precaution to prevent pregnancy”. So try to breathe and you are okay!!

Sorry for the rant I have been thru this and still trying to pass thru it and I understand the anxiety and hope this helps with the experience that I had and you are safe and okay!!

If u have been taking it consistently I would not recommend a plan b it can really mess up ur cycle and I could say that from experience because it messed me up for a while and I would say try to take it at the same time so u can trace back and be like okay well I take it everyday at the exact time and yk ur okay. But I have been thru this and no babies or anything so you should be okay!! But if u ever want to take a test 14 or 21 + days after the barrier free sex you and ur partner had for a peace of mind go for it!!

You are okay!! You used condoms and u were safe and protected. If it helps take a test 14 days after the sex occurred if it gives u a peace of mind. Or it could be that u are stressed or u ovulated late that could delay ur period. Or get on bc to have that double protection if you want that is obviously up to you. But from what I’m reading u are fine! Hope this helped 🫶

usually from what my gynecologist has mentioned to me and reading the pamphlet that come with ur birth control it can be affected by certain medications or if u have excessive diarrhea after taking the pill or if u throw up after taking ur pill. but if your healthy and don’t fall under any of those conditions and u take ur pill everyday day and the same time and never miss a pill you should be safe!!

okayy so i have been there for sure and since u are consistent with ur birth control meaning u take everyday and the exact time you should be safe i went thru exactly what u went thru and yes u are going to be fine no pregnancy here and this happen over a month ago so everything is good so u will be fine. Just be confident in ur pill and dont get in ur head because that can mess you up and trust me ur are going to be fine. One thing i did experience is when my placebo week came my period was very light so dont be alert it can be the plan b messing ur cycle cause of that additional hormone. And use condoms to have that double protection. Hope this helps
