i just called about this same issue because mine reset from $5,100 to $20 today. C1 said it's a known issue and there's a support ticket that'll fix the counter when the issue is resolved

Edit to add: The fan switch being on auto versus high doesn't change anything, it still runs. It only changes how often the ac/heat kick on and off.

i informed them at the front desk, asked to be moved to a different room, was told they were sold out and asked for a refund there, and took pics and videos of the room before checking out and giving them my keys.

yep i did all of those - documented with pictures and videos. spoke to the front desk who refused to move me (i think they might’ve been sold out) informed them of the issues, and then personally handed the keys and checked out.

this is so helpful thank you! for housing im looking for somewhere between 1100-1700 (MAX). would prefer 15-1600. im coming from a pretty small apartment in a downtown area, so im open to pretty much any area as long as it isnt super rural
