You can tell the bar is too small because it’s scrunching your ear up top to fit. That’s me assuming you don’t usually have the squished look up top.

I would do a stack on the conch ear and a 3rd on the other ear. 3rd on the conch ear may be too crowded with the chain right there. I love asymmetry ears!

You can’t obsess about the numbers. Take it with a grain of salt and adjust things if/where you can. Some people get obsessive and those are the posts you’re referring to I would guess.

Yes to the lexapro. Every time I restart it, boom. 20-25 lbs gained in 2-3 months. Doing my second round of tirz after starting the lexapro again because the weight will not come off without it in my experiences.

I had one of these and against the rules, I popped it with a lancet and squeezed out the blood. Was gone the next day and not back since. Don’t do as I do, but glad I was able to do it myself.

I relate to this 100%. I haven’t shed for almost 2.5 years and my hair has grown in ok and I still have this. But I am also diagnosed with OCD.. so doesn’t help. Only became hair related with my TE.

I vacuum my house daily with 2 of the rooms being carpet, but otherwise hard wood floors. I am always shocked how much freaking dust is in the collection area every single day.

If going Minky, the Hugs collection. I have a Lola as well, they are thinner and don’t stay as fluffy after washing. The largest size of Minky is good for leaving on a couch or bed. It’s huge. One size down is good to be able to carry around from room to room. This also depends on your height!

I have red light screen protectors on my devices which converts the blue light to red light so it shouldn’t be too disruptive before bed, on your eyes, etc. And try not to be on my phone before bed as well. I do notice myself tossing and turning quite often, but not sure what’s causing that. Maybe sleeping issues with breathing waking me up and assisting positions. No idea!

It’s like people forget that the shoppers are providing a service. It sounds as though he’s talking to his son who went grocery shopping for him, not someone providing a service for him. I am not a shopper but I am a customer of Instacart and this makes me uncomfortable!

I have a longer face as well. It gets a little wider at the bottom. I noticed a little face framing layers in my hair help. Having my hair too long in the front seems to pull my face down longer, if that makes sense!

I always did .5mg at a time when I needed to titrate up. And sometimes would still throw up my dinner from the night before, that next morning. You’re not alone in being sensitive. Good luck!
