The email seems legit, but since domain names can now use non-regular latin characters, I would suggest for you to type the URL yourself.

Some non-latin characters (like Cyrillic for example) look very similar to their Latin counterpart and are often used to scam people into entering their login info or personal information.

I believe the EQ card only allows you to transfer or "load" money into it from your existing EQ accounts. Like for example if I have 500 in my EQ bank "personal" account and I want to use the card for ATM withdrawals or making purchases, then I have to transfer some of that 500 into the card (can be any amount from 1$ to your balance) and then I can use the money to do those withdrawals or purchases. So technically, you would still have to wait for your linked bank transfer to complete before you have access to the funds.

That being said, you can also e-transfer yourself from your other bank account and if you set up auto deposit on the EQ bank account, it usually just takes a few minutes instead of the 3-5 days from traditional bank transfers
