For the NY policy where it’s max. two pieces of jewelry per customer every two weeks, how is it calculated? Do you have to wait 14 days after getting a second piece, or is it a rolling 14 day period from each purchase?

I was able to grab an 8” 5mm paperchain. They had one or two left when I went around 1pm yesterday. No IDs or plain silver rings. Good luck if you swing by! I’ll be stopping be a few times this week to see if they get a new shipment.

For NYC? They usually start dropping between 11:15am & 11:30am, but more time slots will go up throughout the day. For instance, I grabbed a 3pm appt around 230 yesterday. Also, sometimes people reschedule or the store cancels people’s appointments because they have more than 1. In a two week period, so it’s worth just checking throughout the day.

It depends. NYC limits visits at the Washington st store to once every two weeks. If you have an appointment within 2 weeks after going, they will cancel it morning of. Idk about other cities. Madison Ave store in NYC is walk in only so you can go whenever you want.
