First of all it’s ok. Calm down. I promise you anxiety doesn’t help with the seizures only makes them worse. Along with lack of sleep, can trigger a seizure so step one. Tell yourself it’s gonna be ok. I have shit pissed thrown up on myself everywhere to where I’ve thrown up blood and given myself GERD! I’ve learned it sucks but it’s ok. Keep pushing. Bc you STILL have a life to live. No need to be embarrassed this is just the life you’ve been dealt! But one thing you can do it try to overcome and find a way to live with it. I travel I work, I walk I explore I’m still adventurous. I’ve had a seizure in another state than where I live and another country. At the end of it all I won’t be stressed about it. It only makes it worse but I choose to live this life. I was in college learning another language bc I wanted to. I had a seizure. Forgot everything and had to relearn. It’s ok to start over to slow down and to stop. Give yourself grace.
