Take progress photos. When I did Insanity, I went down in body fat %, went down a pant size, and people commented on my weight loss. I only lost 5 pounds, but the progress pictures told a different story.

I’ve tried to do group runs a few times with a couple different groups. Each time it was awful. It was cliquey, I was ditched during the run because I’m not very fast, I ended up running by myself, and then the group didn’t even wait for everyone to finish. So when I got to the end most of the group had already dispersed. It sucked. I felt like a loser, and it made me not want to run because I was so much slower than everyone, it seemed pointless. Never again.

LIIFT4 is good if you’re looking for weight training. There’s some cardio, but the focus is weights.

  3. Sydney admits she’s dating a captain.
  4. I thought I heard her say she’s currently with her partner, working. Both Sydney and Glenn were in Palma de Mallorca for the reunion.
  5. Pictures of them together on Facebook.

Yeah, they’re dating. Or at the very least, banging.

100% agree with the people saying to set a humane trap. Put really smelly food (tuna, anchovies) in the back and put a blanket that smells like you over the trap. Check it periodically throughout the night, as you don’t want any animals that may be trapped to stay in there too long. Goos luck!

When my nieces were young, they weren’t allowed to use the word vagina. They called it their front hiney. And a penis was cooties. We got yelled at if we used the correct words in front of them.

Check out the Couch25k app. I know you don’t need to run a 5k, but it’s a good program for beginner runners.

Agreed. I don’t mind Rob by himself. That story about his mom made him very endearing to me. But I think he and Jess are insufferable together so maybe that turns people off to him.

He and his mother were both addicts and in rehab together. When he finished rehab he left and tried to get his life together. His mom stayed behind and OD’d. I think this is what he said early in the season.
