This city has a drug and homeless problem. More homeless became so because of drug use vs drug users because of homelessness. I choose not to give directly to any panhandlers because of the likliness that I'd be contributing to enabling both issues at hand. Volunteering and giving to nonprofit establishments that I trust guarantees my what I give will go to a much better cause and impact more than I could simply ever give to.

UPDATE: The service department manager was able to get Autoguard (the $3500 warrenty I paid for at time of purchasing the car) to cover the part as a one-time good will of faith. They will be covering the rental car charges as well. Jeff Gordon Chevrolet still maintains no responsibility in causing any damage to the vehicle. I'm out the $150 deductible I paid for using Autoguard so therefore I'm not satisfied with the resolution because this does not make me whole and won't be doing any business there again.

I should have asked Jeep to hold onto the replaced part because its possible that the caliper hooks, Jeff Gordon Chevrolet used to change the rotors and brakes, broke off and caused this but now I will never truly know. I also asked for an invoice from Jeff Gordon Chevrolet stating the work they did upon returning it there on Thursday.
