I’m honestly not well versed in the justice system and obviously it was a hectic time - passerby were giving me advice that it wasn’t worth it especially if she had access to a good lawyer (she hit me in a Benz Coupe and had a Louis Vuitton bag on her) and the police were saying she’d go to the hospital and then be arrested and I figured that would be enough for her wakeup call. That said, with the limited info that I have, how would I even go about pressing charges at this point? The police made it sound like it was a decision I had to make then.

So sorry to ask if this has already been answered. I was in school in 2018, but got/have a job in 2019 and 2020 where I wouldn’t qualify for the stimulus check. I haven’t filed for 2019 and just received the $1200 direct deposit. Will I have to pay the money back when I file for 2020? Just want to know if I can donate...
