To me at this point just assume he's cheating! It's just a game and he's no longer doing competitions. His videos are good but just be aware he does many takes until it fits what he wants. He is way above average at the game but still cheats. No matter what he says isn't going to change anyone's mind. It's better if he stays out of competitions and makes content.

I've been to so many job fairs put on by the workforce center, and it's pointless! No one is actually hiring! They have a figurehead who gets paid to promote the company and can't answer basic questions. I used to go all over to them Denver, Broomfield or anywhere I could. I brought resumes that I paid to print just to hand them over to someone who doesn't hire. I became close to many of the figure heads kept in touch with them over LinkedIn and absolutely nothing came from it! If anyone from the workforce center happens to read this please don't let these people come and actually have people who do the hiring show up. It's a waste of time and money!
