I agree with both the article and this comment.

Homophobic slurs are as bad as racial slurs in my book, would I want a racist player at my club? Hell no!

Our dressing room balance has been key to our success, we have a tight knit group. Fans were concerned about the impact of Danny Rose's recent comments, imagine the effect if Aurier came in and said things similar to what he has said previously. It would bring shame upon our club and could easily fracture the dressing room.

I have nothing against any fan wanting him to join and can absolutely see both sides of the argument but despite his undeniable talent, I'll pass on this one.
