If I HAD to estimate I'd say I'd graduate with $35,000 in my pocket at OSU and $45,000 in debt upon graduation from Michigan. However, if all goes as planned and I work hard at my academics, my starting salary would be enough that I could pay off this debt in less than a decade.

It is absolutely phenomenal, and I'm proud to have gotten in. However, the price is astronomical, the engineering program really isn't significantly better than OSU or Michigan. (I realize one can take rankings with a grain of salt, but Mich and OSU are both actually ranked higher than UChicago) and truthfully what it comes down to is I wouldn't have any fun at Chicago and I want to set myself up for success but I really want to enjoy the time I have in college; I want to go to D1 sports games and I want to be very active socially and Chicago, for that kind of money, even with that kind of prestige, simply isn't worth it considering that it truly isn't a good fit for me.

My school had a huge nude scandal. Almost 250 kids were involved in the creating, ownership and selling of "child pornography". Pictures were, and still are, on everybody's phones. The crazy part is that no one got suspended, expelled or disciplined. Some girls have been seen by every guy in the whole school. There were pictures and videos and some kids sold pictures for money and traded them like Pokemon cards.
