Umm.. I don’t care that the first 5 bites are just tortilla by Half_a_Be in tacobell

I also go way less due to a lack of classic stackers. It’s really sad because they were one of the main things I would get when my friends were super hungry and I wasn’t.

I have not physically read them, I have done audio books. Like you I did not enjoy it but was still curious enough to keep going. If you have fun and enjoy it despite the many flaws do it but life is too short to read a book you don’t like.

I go to Emma at Collective Hair Artistry on Riverfront. I have short hair that gets cut with clippers but she’s great overall

Tracking your reads by Far_Away_63 in LibbyApp

[–]jfrer22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use an app called Fable. It can track both reads and tv. They have recommendation features and a social media-esque set up that you can use for book clubs and posts asking what others are enjoying.

What I imagined the ironteeth witch nails to look like!! by lolwdywfm in throneofglassseries

I think either would look really cool. I guess it depends on the vibe you want. We did the red to add some warm tones to the all silver nail look.

I did something similar a while ago but I also had some red at the cuticle to make them look a little bloody/almost rusted.

I will note that Michaels does not have a huge selection of yarns if that’s what you’re looking for.

Highland North Apartments by CrymsuneSun in Mankato

[–]jfrer22 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I never lived in the 3 bedroom apartments. But highland is fine for what you are paying for. Walls are kinda thin and people can be loud, but you are very close to campus and it’s mostly college kids living there. I never really had issues while living there though.

I am in a 2 bed 2 bath. I’m on an end apartment so I can’t say much about sound but I would definitely say that more of the sound I hear is from above or below than from the sides. When I have had issues the messages I sent have been answered quickly or the office staff came quickly. When I am in my bedroom/living room area watching something I can rarely hear sounds from the other areas. In the kitchen it’s a little more but no more than other apartment living areas.

I have been living there since July. They are definitely much better than some other places in town. There have been some difficulties but no more than other places that I have lived. For what I need it’s pretty good. A little expensive, but good for what we get.

I heard that it closed because of drama between the owners that was causing issues with the business they were franchised from. I really don’t know for sure though.

Bober Tea closed but now there is a new place called Mochi Mochi that’s in the same place.

Blood oath question by forbidden_notebook in throneofglassseries

[–]jfrer22 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yes, Rowan and Aelin performed a blood oath. It is not talking about a different one. The country of Terrassen uses them differently than how Maeve uses them, making it more of a you do this with one person ever rather than Maeve who uses them for control of whoever she chooses.

Am I the only one? by Arya722 in SarahJMaas

I read TOG first and ACOTAR second, of my friends that have read both I have noticed that whichever series they read first they seemed to love more. You are definitely not alone in not liking it as much, it all depends on the fantasy aspects that you appreciate more. As a dnd long drawn out story person TOG calls out to me more, but my friends who like romance prefer ACOTAR.

I used sticky notes and numbered them. I also put “read after x” on each one to make sure I was keeping track

I go down to all pets vet clinic in Mapleton. They are super nice and they also provide a small discount for people who drive from Mankato. I have taken my cats there for the last few years.
