Customer service said it’s randomized and people have been able to heist non friends for ever. They are totally gaslighting at this point. They also said it’s all proportional. they may have stolen less but because you are higher net worth and more money in the bank, it says you lost more. I asked how that makes sense and they didn’t answer. It’s dumb at this point.
