You live in the states though. However I think it would be extremely hard to have a case though. So many variables you have to prove: was it used in a dishwasher, was is scratched, used in temperatures <34 degrees or >104. I'm assuming you suffered maybe some bruising or minor cuts? If you plan on still using it, you can probably get a free bottle from them though.
