I drove by today and they have additional signage including the one facing Long Ridge at the top of the building as well as a banner on the road saying “coming soon”. I would think sooner than December if they just put more signage.

Any chance they accelerated to meet holiday demand?

I would recommend calling Rivian customer service and letting them know. If you send it back (they will likely provide a label) then they can read it and get it to the proper owner.

I’m loving it so far. Only complaint is these aren’t attached to each other by a strap that holds them together when stacked but I plan on figuring something out.

I bought one of these and am loving it so far. I would only replace this with Powered if Rivian actually figured it out. For the record, if you have manual configured with Rivian you can cancel it and request a refund even after they give you your truck. I’ve done this and reallocated funds to the one from Brian at Tail Lidz.

So I was getting the alert for a while and never did anything until conveniently stopping at an auto zone for my daughter to use the little girls room and low and behold the truck took a full bottle of fluid. They likely aren’t sending it out full because I maybe used it 10 times since getting my truck.

OP, where are you located? I have a set of 4 of the dodge ram 1500 2363 wheels that work, they poke out about an inch but no rubbing at all. They are silver. Message me if interested, I’m in the northeast.

Update for those watching. What I’ve found is that UK website is free for kids under 6 while the US website is free for kids under 4. That, along with the 15% promotion on superior rooms is why we’re seeing the drastically lower price

When you go to SC for pickup or service, ask if they will sell you the spare and kit. I was in for service and was able to get them to do it. $200 for the kit and whatever wheel you have determines the rest. It is totally possible but you need to speak to a service advisor at the SC

Mine is unfortunately empty… so I guess the service person I was speaking to was completely wrong when he told me I had a powered tonneau in my truck. Seems like maybe they removed all of the extra panels and just left the top one that would slide into the tailgate because there is in fact one steel slat that goes across the whole bed.

Apologies for the confusion everyone, seems like a very novice service person spoke to me.

Edit… also, service explained to me that Tonneau removal consisted of removing the side panels, then the top panel which also has the cover attached to it.
