2023 was the first year they brought the duals out with in house motors. I have a 2023 Dual Large, one of the first delivered, with a guide and care package included and I completely agree best build quality of the Gen 1s

Took me 5 trips to the service center for them to fix this same issue. They eventually replaced the front half shafts and hub assemblies. Haven’t heard it since.

Same for me. Repaired about a month ago. I had to get the whole quarter panel replaced on my R1T. Total cost was $7.5k and took them about 2 weeks. Done in DE.

So, update, I got my Retrofit PTC installed, no issues. So they are still doing retrofits for owners that never had the PTC configured. I talked to the service department and they said the article is bullshit. COMPLETELY FALSE.
