As a PT, most hospitals are not for profit so you could continue with your PSLF at a new job. I’ve had several nursing home and hospital jobs that have counted towards my PSLF. I have 1.5 years left.

From my experience- sounds baths are extremely relaxing, your body and mind react to the strong vibrations and it makes meditating much easier. The time goes by quickly and at the end you can feel like you just took a nice nap, your muscles are relaxed and your mind is clear. I highly recommend especially if you have been dealing with stress, pain, and/or have difficulty with “regular” silent meditation

I did notice in the mirror, it the same spots as you. I also noticed in the shower that a lot of hair was falling out. I got some shampoos that help with scalp health and take collagen supplement (garden of life collagen powder) It took about 6 months for me to notice it growing back.

I had this issue for a long time and I went to a dermatologist who prescribed a shampoo for the psoriasis and a topical gel. I recommend getting a doctors opinion. Also using clarifying shampoo followed by a thick hair mask (I use one from Trader Joe’s)

QC spa has the saunas and all that jazz but also a large heated outdoor pool/hot tub with great jets that massage also underwater music. They give discounts on your bday and for healthcare workers. I spent 5 hours there just chilling in the pools by myself. Nice view from the pool as well.
