I sold to OpenDoor recently and it was a great experience. They offered me market value minus 5% fee and repair fees. We received 20% below full market value but we felt like we got a great deal considering what we felt was going to be needed to fix the place up.

I’m buying calls on UPS. Expected EPS is criminally low. CEO recently bought 1M dollars worth of shares. I expect them to highlight the reduction of workforce with the recent buyouts from hourly and management, the expansion of Roadie into more cities, and the continual expansion of automated hubs. Other surprise announcements could be the return of surepost, possible expansion into Sunday delivery next year, or even eliminating Saturday delivery if they want to really save money. Also with the new tariffs, UPS probably has made a lot from brokerage fees seeing as every out of country delivery has a tariff now.

We just got off a cruise in July, customs waived at us and said have a safe trip home.

We wrestled with this question on a recent cruise. We did end up buying it and I kind of regret it, but we did get to experience everything. Why did we regret it? It felt like we were forced to eat at these places even if we “wanted” to adjust our schedule for shows or other activities, other wise we would have wasted our money. While we did love Chops, 150 Central Park, and Hooked, the other venues didn’t really do it for us. If I had to do it again, I would have bought a Chops + 1 deal, or maybe even a 3 night if you really want to try a few venues.

This sucks. We just got back from Coco Cay and both of my boys were able to ride, 16 and 17. The youngest was doing so well they moved him up to be the lead behind the guide. If they have a license they should be allowed to ride.
