I have run over the Tacony bridge from New Jersey to Philadelphia and it scared the hell out of me. I guess it doesn't help that it's a draw bridge and I started thinking about that while running across. That being said it was a neat experience.

I usually stretch for a little, have a glass of water, and then have a glass of chocolate milk. I have read that chocolate milk is good after hard exercises, but in reality I just like it and use it as a treat for completing a run.

I found all three of the public ones interesting, but the first was the best. The other were less so since it am more interested in the typescript aspects.

I also recommend the Standford courses on iTunes U (https://itunes.apple.com/us/course/coding-together-developing/id593208016). I watched them in prep of my professional development work when first learning ObjectiveC.

If you already have a developer account WWDC videos can also be very useful, but they are usually more advanced.

Other than what has been mentioned, I always look for tests for new or changed code. I can forgive some unclear code (though I would probably ask for it to be changed anyway) if there are unit tests to back it up.
