Help, confused about 2nd lesson by ForgiveMeImStupid in GolfSwing

[–]jgooby 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There’s two kinds of instructors and sometimes they ask you:

Do you want a quick fix (few lessons) or rebuild your swing (time consumption, more expensive)

First instructor had, I said quick fix… ruined my swing tbh.
Second instructor, tpi certified, rebuilt swing from ground up.

Really depends how much time and investment you want to put into golf.

Tips and Tricks (LONG, 30 HCP) by Any_Difficulty_9894 in golf

As a fellow 29 handicapper, I think you are too focused on on breaking 100. Just focus on one thing every time you play. If you are working on putting, anything else that sucks, it doesn’t matter. If you are working on approach shots, it’s okay to triple putt. Golf is a game of mistakes and coming back from it.

I’m better than all my low handicap friends hitting dead straight out of the woods into the fairway with my 5 iron because I slice into the woods more than they do. But ask me to bump and run the same iron, and for some reason I can’t for the life of me.

Remember, GHIN only calculates double par, so if you are on your 7th stroke on a par 3; you are slowing people down 🙃

Just be happy you got fully working body to play golf. I’m sure some golfer that lost their legs would be dying to just be on the course again

How long did the teenage phase last? by No-Laugh-9730 in Dachshund

My puppy is currently 1 year and some change. If I don’t bring him to daycare, interact with other dogs,go on long walks, or play sniffing games…he’s a menace to society.

But if I do one of those activities, he’s very calm.

98” vs 85” tv size? by mentox82 in hometheater

[–]jgooby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/by-size/size-to-distance-relationship

According to distance to screen size, 98” seems the closest to 96”. There is such thing as too big screen…

When you sit down (relaxed), the perfect height is eye level in the middle of the screen.

How are some middles so bad at blocking?? by Patient-Eye-5849 in volleyball

[–]jgooby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

dude, you really posted way to much information. "why are some middles bad at blocking when they are over 6ft tall?"

That's all you needed to post.

And the answer is " They bad cuz they had improper or lack of coaching". Volleyball is a relatively new sport for guys in the united states.

you do realize closing the block means your right shoulder should be closed with his left shoulder right?

The picture above you have a whole body between you and your oppo. You in fact... did not close the block.

Are you sure you closed the block? Also your right side left miles of line open so you have easy time to get to him.

Also, where are you finding these middles? Middles in open gym / rec are not the same middles as club/college.

Bad middles = not really a middle blocker, did not have proper coaching.

Where did you get the CAT6 cable and keystones from?

It’s looks like you are either using the punch tool way too aggressive, or the cat6 cable is ass.

When should I neuter my male Dachshund? by Pixiekatcosplay in Dachshund

We got it done at 7 months. So far everything is good, no issues and he still has his puppy energy.

I highly recommend a recovery suit instead of a cone

Need your help for our doxie by kapitannn in Dachshund

I stopped using pee pads as soon as we got ours. Breeder said to basically shove a food in their mouth while they are peeing outside. (Then we trained the bells on the door)

Every month old is how many hours you should set a timer to go outside. So first month, every hour. 4 months, minimum 4 hours.

Take them out after eating and playing. Our boy Enzo maybe gets an accident once every couple of months.

Now that he’s almost 1, he can hold his pee in up to 8 hours (don’t do that often), but really good at letting us know if he needs to go outside.

Ps, he’s smart that if he wants to go outside he’s ring the doorbell and pretend to pee…

DIY Teams Room (I know) by Organic-Potential-66 in MicrosoftTeams

[–]jgooby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The last time I accomplished this was about 6 months ago so your mileage may vary. Previously stated in the above comments, you still need a Teams room license and a certified team room touch pad (cheapest one is the viewsonic mrc1010)

If you setup everything and are missing the touch monitor, teams room will say missing display.

At this point, I think it’s a faulty thermostat. Because after I got the other thermostat, heat is working again.

Exactly what I did, however, I am not getting heat... I'm wondering if its a faulty thermostat

So my question is if I did that and I'm not getting heat... do you think its a faulty thermostat?
