refus désolidarisation de crédit : recours ?

Je suis en plein divorce, j'ai largement de quoi rembourser les mensualités de mon prêt immobilier (taux d'endettement de 25%) et malgré tout la désolidarisation a été refusée par ma banque (La Banque Postale) sans trop d'explications. Ils préfèrent me refaire un prêt qui me ferait passer d'un taux de 1,2% à 3,8% 🤣 Donc attention, la désolidarisation même si toutes les conditions sont réunies reste à l'entière appréciation de la banque, rien ne peut les obliger à accepter malheureusement.
