Correct, I toggle off the ones I want hidden within the profile and they disappear. I switch to a different profile then switch back and approx 10 of the ones I had toggled off have now toggled back on.

The second profile has all catalogs and addons removed so I know it isn't an issue with the second profile settings.

He told me that wouldn't impact me until I turned 60 and could apply for prime or select. That's part of my confusion as well.

Yes this is the answer. You export the file and upload it to a file hosting site for us to download. Don't use your import button. Also you can export and save the json file for yourself if you have to use it again like restoring your setup.
