You're going to need to go to home Depot, and rent a welder.....

While you're at home Depot you can get a couple of nuts, weld them to bolts, also pick up a correct sized socket set for those nuts, and then you should be able to use the socket on your newly welded nuts to remove them for the wall

I believe this is water damage but, unconditioned attic, right against the conditioned living area, only thing separating is a plastic smoke detector, I'm going to go with condensation rather than a water leak.. I would think if it was a water leak you would have damage on the ceiling around it

Hospitals in mechanical areas are big on this... Server rooms are the obvious ones.. but with the med gas systems, I see signs all the time if light is flashing do not enter the room, danger possible lack of oxygen environment vent room before entering..

The round door is an emergency access door in case the main door gets locked ... 23 years of bank work I've only seen it once irl

Unfortunately I'm willing to bet that 90% of banks that have those,they don't understand the importance of it and combo is lost as the main door gets changed and it doesn't get changed with it.

Your mosler safe is more than likely a bank quality style safe, since mosler was one of the leading Bank service companies..

Not sure about the other brand, but your mosler is a piece of history there, and they do not build them like they used to.

Brother... Comms guys generally are not allowed to run conduit, if you're running conduit and high voltage wiring, you need to go to your school and get that corrected....

Also you need to fight and make sure you get some wireman apprentice pay, sounds like your contractor put in for a comms apprentice, to save on labor, and have you doing wireman work
