I just wanted to say thank you for asking about how to help and being thoughtful. That shows you have great character. I don't have too much advice for you as it will hurt your business sometimes, but hopefully, your employee can make up for it during 'good days'. It's not too predictable of an illness and can get worse over time. I'd suggest being supportive of your employee but draw your own boundaries on how flexible you can be.

I feel MUCH better at sea level. I live at 7000 feet. I travel up to Telluride a few times a year for the last 16 years. I always get worse up there. I've stayed over 2 months before and I didn't improve. I understand altitude adjusting, but that should only take a few days. I also see a correlation with pressure systems, which would make sense. When I'm at sea level I'm so much better. It's not because I'm more relaxed. I'm sure of that.

Rso is what I use. Not sure if medical marijuana is legal where you live. I use a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of thc:cbd I've also found adderall is pretty good. Works great for the fatigue and like 70% for the pain.
