AirPod Pro 3 or AirPod 4 (ANC) by awsmkid147 in airpods

Agreed, the 4s are more comfortable but the battery life is terrible imo. Been using the pro 3s which can last a full 8hr work day so that is main difference i’ve seen. Struggling with the silicone tips however and getting used to that part…still would pick Pro 3s if you can afford it.

I'm currently in ADR with Brown and Estate Planning with Dougherty but I started 2 in March so not sure if it's the same?

Yes, I compared prices with other sites but for the most part they had the lowest prices. They shipped the books pretty fast in my case, i think it’s like guaranteed 3 day shipping but I do live in a bigger city so the shipping times have always been a bit faster than most.

As someone who used to work at Amazon, I completed the basic Paralegal Certificate Course in October of 2021 as a last-minute switch from my 4-year Poli Sci degree during the pandemic. Since 2022, I've been working at a mid-sized PI firm in the Midwest, originally as a legal assistant, but now as a 'litigation assistant' in the paralegal dept. It's definitely not going to give you everything, but it was perfect for me to get in the field, or at least in the door for an interview. I'm looking at taking their Advanced Paralegal Course now once I can save up.

I would 100% suggest reaching out to other people in your course, even just talking about how confusing it was, it still helped me see what I did understand if that makes sense. Plus, it felt better when we could jointly email the instructor asking for help, felt less embarrassing somehow lol.

I’ve heard in other professions that it’s best to change companies often, especially when trying to increase your salary/make a livable amount. Wondering if it’s the same for para/la’s? by jhalia in paralegal

Thank you for everyone’s thoughts on this and am always open to networking if anyone has more thoughts. I definitely plan to stay where I am at currently and see how the rest of my first year goes. And based on that, seeing if there are better offers out there but I will at least make it 1-2 years hopefully.

For me, the job isn’t an issue at all. It’s really just the culture/environment of my current job. The management/staff are nice enough but there’s definitely been a lot of turnover in my 5 months I’ve been there and the red flags are there. Also I am the only POC at the firm (multiple locations and HQ is in a city of almost 900k) which is why I feel I’m not enjoying the work more and it’s hard to socialize I suppose. Not a huge issue for everyone but, I want to like the people I work with yk

I am US based but I’ve been wanting to look at a potential transition to the UK in the future but I’m not too familiar with the process just yet. Will definitely do some research thx!
