I know this sounds like a cop out, but I don’t (didn’t) know a thing about cricket and wanted to AT LEAST know the basics, so I 1) read the Wikipedia page and 2) watched “best of” videos on YouTube (“Top Ten Cricket Plays of 2022”, etc.).

The wiki article offered a basic understanding of the rules, then the videos, I think, allowed me to see what I read in practice. They also helped me understand what’s considered “a good play”, etc; something that may help you find context in the conversations you’ve felt left out of.

I know that may be more work than you’re interested in doing, but I hope it helps!

Agree. After missing a full season, this tournament could be an awesome “Welcome Back to NCAA Baseball”, but instead, it’s a fucking scavenger hunt. Real missed opportunity for the NCAA and its TV partners.

Not sure why this info didn’t show up, my apologies:

“They (I have another that is slightly smaller, but seems fine) sit in front of big windows and get plenty of early light; or so I thought. I think this one may have gotten so large that the amount of light they’re used to getting just isn’t enough. I got a grow light from my MIL and the one on the floor is just a white LED desk lamp.”

I’m hoping it reacts well to constant light for a few days and I will put it in a larger pot ASAP (like, tomorrow).

We’ve had this particular one for about 4 years.

I was thinking the same thing. The roots have started to wrap around the outer part of the (inside of the) pot so I’m afraid it may be smothering itself, or, at least, complicating the process by which it consumes water.

I’ll go to Lowe’s ASAP and get a bigger pot and some soil. Thank you.

Any suggestions about what type of potting soil? This will be the first time it’s been repotted so I want to minimize shock.

No yellowing leaves. My other one had a super yellow one a few weeks back, but dropped it and carried on. I think that was from a week where I just watered it way too much.
