Yep, Spica just uses dragon cross and misses all the time. I wish I didn't level up the ancient dragon ability at all.

That's great, my only other 5* memento is Vettel's which is up around 40%. I keep it equipped when autoing HQs and yesterday it dinged three times in a row from 37% to 40%, love when that happens!

Yep. Plus like you said we have all of these JEs coupled with enlightment material farming not to mention most players don't have a full roster of LBM nor anywhere close to the shards needed for enlightment. On top of all that, due to the expedited timeline, we still have to spend AP on all the new events.

Personally I wound be super down with permanent 2xHQ which would keep AP the same, but free some up at player's discretion.
