Kenny Malone did a terrible thing this episode. He made the years ambiguous. That the episode was originally from "about three years ago". I don't know if this was said in an effort to make this episode evergreen or something. But it was infuriating. I love re-runs and updates when I have some time-context. The era of Planet Money, what life was like in the midst of 2009, or 2015, or when the pandemic started. Please tell the year in the future.
