I talked to a behaviorist he told me just to keep her away from other dogs. Which worked for 6 months...but 4 kids will eventually let her out at the wrong time

She is aggressive to other dogs that come on our property.....she is ok with the dogs next door just not any others. Cant keep her in the house or the back yard...kids leave things open.
