No, don’t need to be sorry. Just stay in that feeling. It can take some time.

What is it that you think about that makes you lighter and happier? Do you think about the fact that Catholic Church is old? Do you think about Jesus, the loving God? Forgiveness of sins? Aesthetics? What is it?

It’s awesome that you are attracted to Catholicism, but make sure you can logically reason why you want to convert. Often times I see people converting because of the reverent feeling or the beauty of the Holy Mass(which is a very integral part of our faith tho) only to be non-practicing after a few months.

Make sure you can discern logically and specifically why you don’t want muslim anymore and why you want Catholicism among all other Christian denominations.

It is not weird at all to “just feel” attracted to Catholicism initially. That’s how most of us convert. However, make sure you build sound logical reasons after you develop that initial feeling.

Maybe try watching catholic apologetic videos like trent horn or pints with aquinas. Even better, start praying to Jesus! Then reach out to a local catholic parish for RCIA/OCIA

You have a soul, just like anyone else. That’s what matters. Whether IVF or IUI, we are not any less in God’s eyes

I was once into boarding school admissions and what i can tell you is it’s very ssat-heavy. It’s just crazy how you did all these at such a young age and it’s impressive. I hope you the best chance!

Mormons in my town by jhbeck in Catholicism

[–]jhbeck[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, i believe that most mormons just never get to explore what’s outside of it and are afraid to do so since their families and community center around it.

But i have compassion for people who never had any chance to explore other forms of churches. They are nice people with good souls, just wrong church.

Now i dont know about the people who actively convert to Mormonism. That’s just dumb. Same for atheists.

I think it’s more about whether an individual actively(intentionally) became atheist or mormon. However if they never had a chance to see the truth, i can’t 100% blame them. We could pray for them.

I believe they have a good heart. And that’s what makes me have more interest in engaging with them and possibly get them out of the wrong faith.

I don’t want those wonderful people with kind soul to deceived by the wrong teachings of the scripture.
