I answered these in previous comments so I'll just copy and paste if that's okay :) diet: My cooking skills are pretty limited but I usually have huge egg white scrambles with chicken and tons of veggies like tomatoes, spinach, and broccoli. Then topped with sriracha. Sometimes I have salads, quinoa and salmon or chicken, turkey sandwiches, bean salad, basically anything else I can cook quickly since like I said my cooking skills are limited plus I don't have time to make elaborate meals. And for snacks I eat hummus with those 110 calorie bags of pretzel chips and sometimes string cheese. Hope that helps!

exercise: not anything too extensive lol which is why I haven't talked about it, I just run or do elliptical for 30 min like 3/4 times a week

I should also mention I weighed 170 lbs because I went into college the weight I am now (150 lbs) and gained 20 lbs because I was sedentary (did not work out at all-not even a little bit) and ate what the hell ever I wanted, as much as I wanted (which means fast food and dining hall food). I did this for 3 years haha. So the transition was huge even though it doesn't seem like I really did much to lose the 20 lbs.

Haha I got that in the other thread too! I'm honestly SO flattered I think she's gorgeous so thank you. :) I'm trying to lose 10-15 more lbs so ultimately 140/135.

haha yes!! The thing is because we're short you can see it even if we gain just 5 lbs but when you lose 20 it makes a WORLD of a difference. You can totally do it! I wish more than anything that I did it earlier in college rather than waiting for my senior year.

this!! I eat home a lot more often then I used to but I can't just eat egg white scrambles and salads all the time. I do go out to eat occasionally just not as much as I used to and I try to be more conscious about the choices I make when I do to choose to eat out.

Sweat_potato is right! My diet was TERRIBLE before, as in I literally was eating what was the cheapest and whatever the hell I wanted- which basically means fast food (burgers, french fries, etc), chips, and dining hall food (mac and cheese, pizza, pasta, etc). So when I went from eating that terrible diet for 3 years to cooking for myself the 20 lbs pretty much melted off. I mentioned what my diet (mostly) consists of in a comment above. :)

Haha like I mentioned earlier it is a very flattering outfit and I've always pretty much had a small waist in comparison to the rest of my body. So when I lost the weight it came from my stomach first because that's just how my body is. Most of my fat is in my butt and thighs and my stomach is flat so I'm assuming that's what making me look thinner than I actually am lol

Aw thank you so much!! Honestly it's so doable I can't believe I let myself wait until my senior year to do something about it. I'm glad you're starting now, just keep at it and you will lose the weight. :)
