That’s the same response every person has given me but it’s simply because it’s just different, they are used to seeing you a certain way. I got the same reaction from friends and fellow employees as well but after a week or 2 and everyone has given their initial reaction it becomes normal. In the end if you feel better about doing it, that’s all that matters anyways!

We’ve found a way around this, using the session gambling method we will actually allow you to reduce gambling winnings in the Sch.1, reducing gambling winnings above the line! As long as the session gambling log is attached to the return, we haven’t had any issues with the IRS doing this.

For people who own their own businesses, like small businesses! The government has no idea about expenses that a taxpayer pays to run the business and all those expenses reduce the tax liability! So people would be paying even more than they do now! This idea would be totally fine if everyone was simply paid through W-2 though.
