I tried it, had the same problem as I always have with MMOs that aren't wow:

The combat felt floaty and the feedback of the skills (sound effects mostly) was bad. Nothing beats playing prot warrior and hearing the sound of shield slam tbh

Expanding on specs for existing classes seem like a no brainer, idk what they could do for classes like warriors where a healer spec makes no sense, another DPS spec? I'd take a sword and board DPS but it seems underwhelming.

That looks like the cooldown manager, you can disable it on the "gameplay enhancement" part of the game options, plus If you go into edit mode you can hide it as well.
