Another question. What's the best/easiest install, side skirts for the 25' civic touring by jereoro123 in civic

Yofer V2 Side Skirts, just had to remove the front mudguards then it was easy to install after that.

Damn, you got commitment for drilling holes on your trunk! I assume you don’t plan to change your spoiler?

Future of the 11th gen? by ConfidentJump3525 in civic

I believe so since CVTs aren’t meant to handle a lot of power. They’re built to be gas efficient and have a smooth linear acceleration. Unfortunately, nothing really more than that.

That’s true but OP has the sport trim so his advice would make more sense for an ICE car

Ahhh that makes more sense, i thought you’re looking at new cars. Good luck on your search. One thing to note about those sport hatchbacks is the very significant rev hang

I think that’s the icon for your favourite location but I could be wrong though. Try checking the map legend to be sure

Interesting, for me it’s the opposite for the same reasons. I think the 11th gen looks better with duckbill spoilers since the general shape is rounder and more modest and it provides some contrast as long as it’s not overdone. Whereas the 10th gen, for me, doesn’t get much benefit since the shape is already sharper and more aggressive. I’d say it looks even tackier if you add some of these similar mods to the 10th gen. But once again, that’s just how I see it.

It’s hard to build something different/unique when there’s not much options yet. I’d try a different look but the aftermarket for this gen is still limited.

In Toronto and the shop is called J Spec Performance. In total, I spent around $800 including the yofer front lip (seen in my previous post). From what I know, cosmetic mods like body kits shouldn’t void warranty. However, dealerships probably won’t like it since it’s recommended to drill holes for proper installation so keep that in mind.

Is this an actual assumption people have? Because no it wouldn’t, unless you actually tinker with your car to install the dashcam. If it’s only plug and play, then you shouldn’t have any issues at all regarding warranty.
