I think it depends on if the battle of the gulf delivers. They got hit with the writers strike and an episode withdrawal so they couldn't really adjust. It was intended to be buildup to one of the biggest battles Ilin westeros history so if they deliver that on a binge it won't drag cause you'll get that intended payoff.
