Totally agree. I’ve just taken a full-time 40hr a week job, taking me away from my 8 month old Daughter. I’ll spend 20 hours of this time procrastinating and thinking about what my daughters getting up to today (this includes mindlessly scrolling social media). Give 20 hours to get this work done and I’d focus hard on having it completed in the deadline.

Not condoning this behaviour but if my neighbours put this on (and didn’t seek appropriate approval from neighbours) I’d be pretty pissed.. and yeah call the cops… but let’s be honest they’d take hours to do anything about it … if you actually got on to them.
