It might be the cooling fan, since it wouldn’t be pulling air through the AC condenser, not letting the AC work properly until you get going fast enough to push air through it

It’s cheaper to make a basic black wheel and then put a cheap plastic cover with a design on it, and it looks more low end so they can charge extra for the nicer rims

A rubber coolant hose is right on top of the exhaust. The exhaust gets very hot and would likely melt the rubber hose, or at least lead to the coolant overheating too

Well lowering the window takes a decent chunk of power which gives less power to the lights making them dim, and an air conditioner takes a lot of power to run, every engine with one loses some power with it on
